This Silvertone 1482 was just checked and tweaked by our amp tech and it is AMAZING!!!!  with the right urgings, it will cough up all the right classic rock tones from the 60s.

The Silvertone 1482 is a vintage tube guitar amplifier that was originally produced by the American manufacturer Danelectro for Sears Roebuck under the Silvertone brand. It was introduced in the 1960s and became a popular choice among musicians for its distinctive tone and affordability.

The 1482 has a single channel with two inputs, and it's powered by two 6V6 power tubes, two 12AX7 preamp tubes, and a 5Y3 rectifier tube. It delivers around 14 watts of output power, which makes it ideal for small to medium-sized venues.

The 1482 features a simple control layout with knobs for volume, tone, and tremolo speed and depth. The tremolo circuit is tube-driven and produces a warm and organic modulation effect that's highly sought after by guitarists.

The amp's cabinet is made of particleboard and covered in black vinyl with a silver control panel and Silvertone logo. The speaker is a 12-inch Fisher, which adds to the amp's vintage sound.

Overall, the Silvertone 1482 is a classic tube amp with a unique sound that's still highly regarded by guitarists today. Its affordability, simplicity, and versatility make it a great option for players looking for a vintage tone on a budget.
